This is from the beautiful Bang Tao Beach in Phuket, Thailand. Nothing wrong with Kata, Karon, Patong or Rawai, but to me, it’s up north along the west coast of Phuket that the most pristine beaches can be enjoyed. Went for a jog earlier this morning and had most of the beach to myself. It’s a little slanty, but the sand is fairly compacted and conducive for a nice run.

It’s soon time to head back west. Each time I’m in Asia, regardless really of where I always learn something new and inspiring. During this trip, I realized that I’m still in pretty good shape. At least enough to complete my hot yoga challenge. Hope to back here in the East again really soon.
