This is from my hike the other week up in Swedish Lapland where I stayed at the always formidable Abisko Mountain Lodge where I enjoyed many great meals and a selection of delicious beverages. I’ve always wanted to experience the fall in Lapland, so this was a bucket list trip and a most creatively inspiring and fulfilling assignment.
