This is from last night several hours after my 20th consecutive Hot Yoga class. I captured this scene while waiting for Charlotte to come to the beach after her evening class. Charlotte and I got lucky when we picked the timing for a 30-day challenge as all of our classes are filled with wonderful teachers training students from all over the world, which we both see as hugely beneficial for us newbies.

After most morning classes, a few of us walked down to the beach for a zero-gravity cooling-down experience in the crystal clear Andaman Sea. I honestly can’t think of a better way to start my day.
