Captured this during a lunch break somewhere along the road to the province of Surat Thani in southern Thailand. Charlotte and I were part of a press junket that took us down south to experience several tourist destinations, including a seaside hotel owned and run by a friendly couple from (of all places) Finland.

I can conjure up a decent Pad Thai, Green Curry, and Massaman any day of the week. That said, none of my dishes come even close to being as delicious as what is served up at even the most unremarkable roadside eatery just about anywhere in the Land of Smiles.
