This book project was extraordinarily special in a couple of ways. First of all, it’s been in the making for about five years as one of many books that I work on in parallel with other projects that come my way.

Secondly, curating my entire collection of photographs from all of my editorial shoots in New York City proved to take much longer than I initially thought it would.

In any case, this book is my heartfelt tribute to the vibrant spirit and enduring allure that define New York City, making it a destination like no other. I invite you to experience a collection of fleeting moments that I have captured during over 30 years of visiting “Gotham”, both as a visual artist and as a journalist.
