Avocadoism

Of all the hotels I’ve ever stayed at across the globe, the very first one to offer avocados as part of a breakfast buffé was yesterday at Nobis Hotel in Copenhagen. They were perfectly ripe and together with the salmon-cream cheese on toasted sourdough pastiche I had assembled, the avocado truly topped off my breakfast experience.
